“The gendarme from Dambovitsa, who was in his spare time, saw these two and asked for help from his colleagues on duty. The incident happened yesterday (Tuesday, no) in the afternoon, in the immediate vicinity of a shopping complex in the city. A group of the Dâmboviţa gendarmerie immediately intervened in the indicated area and stopped the activities of the two, aged 18 and 14, respectively. For the purpose of intimidation, they used two devices with electric stun guns and created fear among other people at the bus station,” said representatives of IJJ Dâmboviţa.

Two were taken to the gendarmerie headquarters for further inspection, the minor was accompanied by one of his parents.

“After examining the bodies, they found two devices with electric shockers. Two said that they recently purchased them for self-defense, and the situation in the public space was created due to some misunderstandings. The gendarmes have drawn up reporting documents for the persons concerned, which have been handed over to the Tirgovishte Municipal Police for further investigation and the application of legal measures,” IJJ Dâmboviţa also reports.
