Tori Spelling teaches her children to go their own way, but she revealed that one of her five children did not start the new school year very well, as he was the victim of school bullying.
Speaking to People magazine, the actress and television host said, “My kids just got back to school and just as you think they did, one of my other kids was bullied on their first day of school. I felt like I was in his place. We’re trying to boost his confidence and remind him what a capable kid he is.”
Spelling has opened up about the bullying her 14-year-old daughter Stella has faced over the years, but she knows the “path” she takes with her second child might look a little different.
“Our children face a lot,” she said, adding that even teachers scrutinize her children. “They face interpersonal bullying from their peers, but then they face social bullying from adults, even other parents.”
