OUR August traditionally a month of concert break, coming after a busy concert and festival June and July. Especially this year, the audience welcomed the return of big festivals (Release, Ejekt) more than warmly, fervently attended the stadiums (be it Iron Maiden or LEX) and did not fail to show how much they missed the big concerts.
Next summer might be in a few months though winter concert season, although it usually moves on a smaller scale, it always has something interesting for everyone.
However, in order to get organized little by little, we are gathering here 11 concerts await the Athenian public in September. You carefully study and make the necessary entries in your journal.

The unprecedented turnout at the LEX concert at the Panionio Stadium (but even more so the subsequent media buzz), as well as the successful Beta Peis concert at the OAKA, underlined that Greek hip hop, even if it moves “underground”, is something more than just popular. . They are based in Amsterdam, but they do not hide their Turkish origin, since their psychedelic worries inevitably end in Anadolu rock, in which they of course “blow” with the breeze of the West (let the synths be good), as in their last album “Yol” . They will bring this energy with them to Athens, which tells us that the public will warmly welcome them – after all, we love everything that sounds like a reminder that we belong to the Balkans.
