Several videos appeared on social networks showing that the General Staff of the Russian Navy in Sevastopol was attacked from a drone. The official representative of Crimea confirmed the attack.

“The drone landed on the roof of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet,” Sevastopol governor Mykhailo Razvozhayev said, as quoted by the Russian propaganda publication Izvestia.

“Unfortunately, it was not shot down, although small arms were operating over the bay. There were no casualties,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Until Ukraine took responsibility for the attack.

Military analyst Rob Lee of the Foreign Policy Research Institute, who has tracked military units sent by Putin to Ukraine, says it appears to be a drone similar to the one used to strike the Rostov oil refinery in June.

Three weeks ago, Russian state media announced that the headquarters of the Russian Navy in Sevastopol on the Black Sea was the target of a drone attack, resulting in five injuries.
