Rapid and Farul officially open the 2023-2024 Romanian Super League playoffs, the match at the Giulesti Arena will start at 20:30.

Julesti enters the playoffs with 28 points (after the round) while the champion Farul with a dowry of 22 points (also after the round).

The team trained by Cristiano Bergodi comes off the back of three wins, a draw and a defeat in the previous five stages of the championship. In the last home game of the regular season, they won at the National Arena against FCSB with a score of 4:0.

On the other hand, Farul leaves after a win, three draws and a loss in their last five Super League games. At the previous stage, the team from Botosani, which occupies the last place in the rating, played a draw 0:0.

Farul have just one win in their last seven legs and have recorded four draws and three defeats in the rest (they are the playoff team with the most goals conceded in the regular season with 38).
