In the last game of the 26th round of the Superliga, the University of Cluj and FCSB played to a 0-0 draw, with the gap between the leaders and second place reduced to just seven points.

Without the injured Panthea and Beluca, but with captain Darius Olaru at the top of the attack, FCSB earned a point at Cluj University.

The team coached by Yoan Ovidiu Sabau could have opened the scoring in the 16th minute, but Dan Nistor wasted a shot from 11 meters, which he also scored.

Stefan Tirnovanu was the hero of the red and blue, making two excellent interventions in front of Nistor in one phase.

The runners-up dominated the game, but the second half brought some dangerous counter-attacks from the Transylvanians, but they remained scoreless on the scoreboard.

The team coached by Elias Haralabus remains the clear leader with 55 points, but the distance to Rapid has closed to just seven points, while the University of Cluj climbs to eighth place with 34 points.
