ITIA reduced Jenson Brooksby’s ban from 18 months to 13 months

22 years old, rookie of the year 2021 on the ATP circuit he received an 18-month suspension in October 2023 for missing three anti-doping tests within a 12-month period, which could be considered an anti-doping rule violation.

The ITIA says that after Brooksby provided new information about the missed tests in an appeal process to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), it was found that his fault was not as great as previously believed.

The suspension is retroactive to the date of the third Test the player missed, 4 February 2023, so his suspension will end on 3 March 2024.

After reaching an agreement with ITIA, Brooksby withdrew its appeal to CAS.
