Andrea Compagno is not in the squad for the match against Farul – Darius Olaru is disqualified

FCSB host champions Farul at the National Arena in Bucharest on Monday and if successful, Elias Haralambous’ men can restore their 11-point lead over CFR Cluj and Rapid.

On the other hand, Farul also needs at least a draw to keep their hopes of making the playoffs alive.

At the press conference, Elias Charalambous stated that Andrea Compagno will not be in the squad for this game.

“Last week he was absent from the match against the University of Craiova and he will not be here again. I have no new information for you and we are waiting for his situation to be clarified as soon as possible.” he said, reports Digi Sport.

Andrea Compagno has been put up for sale by the team’s owner, but his situation is still unclear as of today.

In addition, FCSB will also not be able to rely on captain and leading scorer Darius Olara, who is suspended.
