They are celebrating the 100th anniversary of winning the first Olympic medal at the 1924 Paris Olympics.

The main visual element of the new kit is the number 100, which consists of the number 1 and the bronze medal (double-sided) won in 1924, and on the back, in the number area, the names of the members of the team that won this medal are written, reports News.ro.

Romania at Euro-2024

On Sunday, February 4, Romania will play against Poland in the European Rugby Championship scoring match. The match will start at 19:15 Romanian time and will be held at “Narodowym stadion dla rugby” in Gdynia.

The Oaks are in Group B along with Portugal, Belgium and Poland.

The final European tournament takes place from February 3 to March 17, and the following national teams participate in the competition: Belgium, Georgia, Germany, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania and Spain.

At the 2023 tournament, Romania took 3rd place (31-24 in the final against Spain for the bronze medal). The Oaks lost to Georgia 31-7 in the semifinals.
