The University of Cluj has big ambitions and is looking to secure a place in the play-offs this season, and to do so, the Transylvanian players have signed a player from the University of Craiova on loan.

Cluj agreed with the University of Craiova on the loan of Anze Rogulžych

The University of Cluj started 2024 on the right foot with a win against Hermannstadt to qualify for the playoffs.

In addition, the team coached by Ioan Ovidiu Sabau took another step towards the play-offs and signed Ante Rogulic on loan from the University of Craiova.

“Welcome, Ante Rogulych!

FC Universitat Cluj transferred Ante Rogulic on loan from Universitat Craiova. The 27-year-old Croatian midfielder has signed a contract until the end of this season, in the summer our club has the option of a permanent transfer.” – says the club’s official press release.

Rogulic has been playing in Romanian football since the summer of 2021, having played 69 matches in the shirt of the University of Craiova.

In the current Super League season, the Croatian scored 3 goals and provided an assist in 12 matches.
