
Stan Wawrinka is no longer in his tennis prime (age 38) and it showed in his match with Adrian Mannarino in the opening round of the 2024 Australian Open.

2014 Melbourne champion Wawrinka (56 ATP) impressed again with his forehand forehand to lead after three sets, 4-6, 6-3, 7-5.
The Swiss could not get behind in the final sets and Mannarino won 6-3, 6-0. The game at Kia Arena lasted three hours and 37 minutes.
