Rybakina, ranked third in the world, lost in two sets to Russian Kateryna Aleksandrova (21 WTA) with a score of 6-3, 6-3.

Elena, who won all the sets played this year, had 9 aces in this match, but won only 46% of the points played on the first serve (Ekaterina managed to make 5 breaks).

In the semi-finals, Aleksandrova will meet the Latvian Jelena Ostapenko (favorite 6).
