Juventus beat Napoli and climbed to first place

Napoli suffered a second successive defeat in Serie A and also contributed to the change of the leader of the Italian championship.

Walter Mazzarri’s side suffered a 1-0 defeat away to Juventus late in the match with the Italian champions dominating but only in possession.

After the first half, in which the two teams destroyed each other, in the 51st minute of the game, the Italian Federico Gatti opened the scoring with a pass from Andrea Cambiaso.

It was the only goal of the game that lifted Juventus, at least for the time being, to the top of Serie A.
