Emma Raducanu delays her return to the court: she withdrew from the Macau Tennis Masters
The Briton is still recovering from surgery on both wrists and an ankle in May, and IMG (who are handling Emma’s financial future) have announced that she will no longer compete in the competition in December.
The Brit hopes to return to the WTA in 2024. The Australian Open, the first Grand Slam of the year, starts on January 15.
Redukan’s last official match took place in April of this year in Stuttgart: Emma suffered an unequivocal defeat with a score of 6-2, 6-1 against Jelena Ostapenko.
Currently, Emma Raducanu is ranked 289 in the world, she has earned $3,776,535 from tennis, she has 98 wins and 49 losses, and she has only won one title in her entire career, but that is the Grand Slam, the US Open 2021.
