Tottenham suffered their second consecutive Premier League defeat on Saturday, losing 2-1 away to Wolves. On the same day, Arsenal capitalized on an opponent’s mistake to beat Burnley 3-1 to draw level with champions Manchester City.

Arsenal drew level with Manchester City in the standings – Wolves unexpectedly beat Tottenham

Saturday started with Tottenham’s surprise loss to Wolves.

Ange Postecoglou’s side opened the scoring after just 3 minutes through Brennan Johnson, but suffered a dramatic extra-time defeat.

Pablo Sarabia (90+1) and Gabonese Mario Lemina (90+7) turned the tide of the game.

Also on Saturday, Arsenal went past promoted Burnley without much emotion at the end of the match, which the Gunners finished with a numerical advantage after Fabio Vieira was sent off (83rd minute).

Leandro Trossard opened the scoring against Arsenal (45+1 minutes), but the visitors restored parity in the 54th minute through Brownhill.

William Saliba made the score 2:1 (min. 57), and Zinchenko closed the score in the 74th minute.
