Novak Djokovic defeated Holger Rohn in the ATP Paris semifinals

Novak Djokovic reached the semifinals of the ATP tournament in Paris.

The world leader and top favorite beat Holger Roon, the ATP No. 7 player, after a match that lasted two hours and 49 minutes.

In the first set, which was won by Nole, they went back-to-back at 5-5, but the Serb served very well and broke to take the first set.

The second set was tough and the Dane won in a tie-break, coming back from 4-3 down in favor of Djokovic.

In the third set, Nole controlled his opponent, but also took advantage of Rune’s medical problems, which required medical intervention several times.

The ATP leader will face the winner of Alex De Minaur (13 ATP) and Andriy Rublev (5 ATP) in the semi-finals.

The Rolex Paris Masters tournament will be held from October 30 to November 5 on an indoor hard court. It has a total prize pool of €5,779,335 and the championship title is Holger Rune (2022). The competition at the Accor Arena in Bersa is part of the ATP Masters 1000 category.
