Yannick Sinner is the winner of the ATP tournament in Vienna. The Italian, coached by Darren Cahill, beat Danylo Medvedev in the final after a three-set match 7-6(7), 4-6, 6-3.

Yannick Sinner defeated Danylo Medvedev in the ATP Finals in Vienna

Yannick Sinner won the final of the ATP tournament in Vienna.

The ATP No. 4 player defeated Daniil Medvedev (ATP 3) in the final act of the competition, after a match that was decided in just over three hours.

The Italian won the first set after a frantic tie-break battle, but lost the second set 4-6.

In the decisive match, Grishnyk was in complete control and awarded himself a new title for 2023.

For the triumph in Vienna, Grishnyk will receive a check for 450,650 euros and 500 ATP rating points. This is Sinner’s second consecutive victory in the final against Medvedev after the Beijing one.
