Mario Iorgulescu’s defense refers to the alleged mental problems that his client may have had, and claims that even three courts in Italy have decided that the son of the LPF president should not be imprisoned.
“We will appeal to the competent authorities, it is not normal when a sick person is judged or sent to prison in the conditions in which he has so many irreversible diseases. Extraordinary appeals are also being prepared, and we are thinking about the ECHR. I haven’t made a decision at this point
