Romania’s national rugby team will meet Scotland on Saturday, it will be the Oaks’ third match at the World Cup hosted by France.

  • The match will take place at 22:00 at the Stade Pierre-Maurois in Lille and will be broadcast by Orange Sport 3 and Digi Sport 2.

To know before the Romania vs Scotland match

  • There will be ten changes to the Tricolour’s starting XV from the South Africa match, with only Adrian Motsock, Christy Kirika, Gabriel Rupanu, Jason Tomane and Marius Simionescu found in the side that started against the Springboks.
  • Three players are expected to make their World Cup debuts, with Taliauli Sikuea and Sioeli Lama in the starting line-up, and Kostel Burtsila on the bench.
  • The Oaks’ most experienced player, Florin Suruguiu (103 caps), will also make his first appearance at this year’s World Cup after appearing in the 2011 and 2015 finals.
