After Raul Oprut sold in Belgium to Kortrijk for €700,000, Hermannstadt are selling a new player.

Goalkeeper Carlo Letica, who arrived on a free from CFR Cluj, has agreed terms with the Swiss side from FC Lausanne, with the Marius Meldaraşanu-coached outfit set to receive around €300,000 in exchange, according to GSP.

The 26-year-old Croatian is valued at €650,000 by Transfermarkt and has a contract with the Serbs until next summer.

FC Lausanne has youth team player Rares Illier on loan from Nice, both teams have the same owner.

Another key Hermannstadt player, striker Daniel Paraskiv, was close to a move to Dynamo Kyiv, but the move fell through due to the war in Ukraine.

After five played games of the current season, FC Hermannstadt is in eighth place with 7 points, and in the next stage of the Super League, it will play in the company of the University of Cluj.
