Serhii Milinkovich-Savic moved from “Lazio” to “Al-Hilal”.

Subsequently, the Serbian midfielder was on the shortlist of many big teams of the Old Continent. However, Lazio held out each time and eventually sold the 28-year-old to Al Hilal.

The footballer spent eight years at Olimpico, and according to Italian media, the transfer fee will be around 40 million euros.

After moving from Genk in the summer of 2015, Savic won two Italian Super Cups and the Coppa Italia with Lazio in 2019.

He parted ways with the team at Olimpico after 341 matches, in which he scored 69 goals and 59 assists.

According to Italian media, Savic’s contract runs until the summer of 2026, and the player will receive a salary of $22 million per season.

Also this summer, Al Hilal also brought in big-name players such as Kalidou Koulibaly (from Chelsea) and Ruben Neves (from Wolverhampton).
