Bernadette Shox and Elizabeth Samara: “Romania has the best team in Europe”

Despite not being able to play due to injury, Samara said she believes in her teammates and that Romania has the best team in Europe. Heroine Shox (with two singles wins) is proud to have done her duty.

“It was a tough final, I’m happy, we all fought, I asked the girls to win one match because I’m bringing two, we’re one team. I had maximum motivation and confidence.

I knew that it was my duty, I am proud of my colleagues. I hope we always win. Now I want a medal at the Olympics. Every time I thank God when a hymn is sung to me” – Bernadette Shox.

“Oh my God, I don’t want it anymore, but we have a great team. Bernie did his duty, man 1, two games. We don’t have a good team, but the best, the best in Europe” – Elizaveta Samara.
