
The Romanian women’s table tennis team qualified for Saturday’s final of the 2023 European Games in Kraków-Małopolska.

In the semi-final against France, the tricolors won with a score of 3:1.
- Adina Diaconu/Elizabeta Samara – Pritika Pavade/Kamil Lutz 2-3 (9-11, 11-8, 11-9, 4-11, 9-11)
- Bernadette Sox – Yuan Jia Nan 3-0 (12-10, 11-6, 11-9)
- Elizabeth Samara – Kamil Lutz 3-0 (11-6, 11-8, 11-3)
- Bernadette Shox – Prithika Pavade 3-1 (11-9, 6-11, 11-7, 11-7)
In the final, the tricolor team will meet Germany on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
So far, Romania has won gold (Bernadette Shox) and bronze (Elisabetta Samara) medals in women’s singles table tennis and a bronze medal in mixed doubles (Bernadette Shox/Ovidiu Ionescu).
