
Having turned 36, Stefan Radu spent his last minutes on the football pitch during Lazio’s 3-2 home win over Cremonese on Sunday.

Stefan Radu officially retired from professional football on Sunday during the Serie A match between Lazio and Cremonese.
The footballer has been playing for Lazio since January 2008 and is the player with the most number of matches in the history of the Italian capital club: 427.
The Romanian defender was a substitute against Cremonese at the Stadio Olimpico but was brought on by Maurizio Sarri in the 91st minute when he replaced Mattia Dzaccagni.
Lazio fans did not forget him and dedicated a banner to him, on which they wrote: 15 years of struggle with an eagle on the chest. “A fighter, one of us. Stefan Radu, lazy about life.”
