Daniil Medvedev shows how much he has improved his red-court game this season on clay as the Russian reached the final of the Rome Masters. After the match with Stefanos Tsitsipas, the ex-ATP leader danced with joy.
Daniil Medvedev and the victory dance that looks “ridiculous”
When he saw the replays on the monitor, Danylo said that the whole scene looks “funny”, but after a while he will look at this way of enjoyment (through dance) with different eyes.
Danyil also said that he will not get into the habit of being so happy after every victory.
In the final at the Foro Italico, Medvedev (3 ATP) will meet Holger Roon (7th in the world). The match kicks off at 17:00 and can be watched live on Eurosport.
Daniil Medvedev about his dance after the Tsitsipas match:
“When I saw it, I thought it looked ridiculous. But in a year, I’ll say no: “It’s memories, it’s fun.” I just felt great. This does not mean that I will dance after every match” uD83DuDE02
