The head of RedBull, Christian Horner, mocks his rivals: Where are Ferrari and Mercedes?

In an interview with Sky Sports, Horner says that the start of the season is like Red Bull never before, fantastic.

“Five races, five wins, plus one sprint. We are talking about four doubles (1st and 2nd places). I have never had such a start,” he says Christian Horner.

The RedBull boss changes the tone of the discussion a bit and pokes fun at rivals Ferrari and Mercedes.

“We somehow wonder: where are the others? I’ve been doing normal steps all winter (not in the pre-season) and I’m really wondering: where have Ferrari and Mercedes gone?” he declares. Horner.

The representative of the Austrian team also says that he is aware that the rivals are working hard and will come with improvements to the European Grand Prix.

At the same time, RedBull will also not stand still, the single-seat car of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez will be updated in all areas.

“The team is working at an incredible level, it’s not just what you see on the track, it’s also what happens behind the scenes. The way they all work is phenomenal,” concluded Horner, as quoted by the official Formula 1 website.
