Lionel Messi will play in Saudi Arabia, AFP reports

Without mentioning the name of the team Messi will play for, a source in Saudi Arabia close to the talks said his transfer was “a done deal”. The contract is exclusive. It’s huge. It remains to finalize some details.”

The PSG club did not want to comment on this information, but reminded that Messi’s current contract expires on June 30.

“If the team wanted to extend his contract, it would have been done earlier,” a PSG source told AFP.

Lionel Messi, who is wanted by Barcelona and Inter Miami (the club owned by David Beckham), would receive an offer of $400 million a year from Al Hilal, according to Reuters.
