Leaders Bayern Munich and Augsburg staged a goal fest in a match which the Bavarians won 5-3 in the 24th round of the Bundesliga.

In the first match after the relegation of Paris Saint-Germain from the Champions League, Julian Nagelsmann’s men led the score from the start of the game.

The visitors scored in the 3rd minute through Berisha and Bayern equalized in the 15th minute after Cancelo’s goal.

Pawar’s double in the 19th and 35th minutes and Leroy Sane’s success in the 45th minute determined the outcome of the break.

In the second half, Augsburg reduced the difference through the same Berisha, after a shot from 11 meters in the 60th minute.

Alphonso Davies scored the fifth goal for the Bavarians in the 74th minute, and Cardona set up the final score in extra time.

Bayern Munich lead the Bundesliga with 52 points, 3 ahead of Borussia Dortmund, who have a game in hand.
