After the last stage of the calendar year in the Super League, the clubs have started the winter cleaning to strengthen the teams for the last part of the championship. This also applies to the University of Cluj, who released the player and now he has announced that he is back.

Romario Pires left the University of Cluj to return to the same club

The coach of the University of Cluj, Eugen Nyagoe, announced after the loss against Sepsi that he will waive eight players who do not meet the requirements of the team.

The following day, it was announced that Romario Pires, the player who had contributed to promotion in the first league, had been divorced.

But Nyagoe meanwhile decided to leave Cluj University and train in Craiova, and one of the reasons why the management of the Red Caps opposed the departure of the coach was his decision regarding the situation in the team.

Awaiting the arrival of a new coach, Romario Pires posted a message on social media announcing his return to the University of Cluj.

“Happy birthday to all residents of Cluj! I’m happy to announce that I’m back! Let’s go!” Pires wrote next to a photo of him in the team’s game shirt.
