Liverpool made a victorious restart in the Premier League, as in the context of the 17th round, on Boxing Day, they beat Villa Park 3-1 against Aston Villa and approached the top five, finishing in sixth place.

The Reds put on a great first half with a 2-0 lead, but in the second half they occasionally showed some of this year’s game pathogens in their game.
