The nerve-racking match against the Netherlands also brought two absences from the Argentina camp, with Marcos Acuna and Gonzalo Montiel suspended (along with yellow cards) for the crucial match against Croatia.

In addition to these two absences, coach Lionel Scaloni also has some issues with Rodrigo De Paul and Angel Di Maria. Both have physical issues and will not be ready to play on Tuesday.
