The Brazilian Football Federation has several options for a coach, but at the top of the list is one of the best coaches in the world.

Pep Guardiola, priority number 1 for the technical bench of Seleção.

According to Sport.es, the current coach of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola, is the main favorite for the position of coach of the Brazil national football team.

The president of the Brazilian Football Federation, Ednaldo Rodríguez, will contact the Spanish coach in the coming days to see if there is a chance for the parties to reach a consensus.

Guardiola extended his contract with Manchester City this year, and the new deal runs until the summer of 2025.

Pep Guardiola was also on offer this spring, but negotiations broke down due to the huge salary he was demanding, at least €24 million a year.

The Brazilians do not rule out the possibility of Joachim Low (former coach of the German national team) or Manuel Pellegrini (current coach of Real Betis).

It will be the first time in history that Brazil appoints a foreign coach.
