
Referee Istvan Kovac has received a new delegation for the FIFA World Cup match in Qatar, he will be the fourth referee in the big match between Spain and Germany.

Following the Qatar-Ecuador and Uruguay-South Korea matches, Istvan Kovacs will be the reserve referee for Saturday night’s Argentina-Mexico game and Sunday’s all-important group match between Spain and Germany.
The Dutch brigade will manage the match, with Danij Mackelly delegated at center, and Hessel Stigstra and Jan De Vries in two touches.
Assistant referee Ovidiu Mihai Artene was delegated as a reserve assistant referee, and Vasile Marinescu – a reserve VAR assistant.
The last Romanian referee who took part in the final tournament of the World Cup was the referee Nicolae Grigorescu, who was present in 1998 in France.
