Two English fans talked about an incident worthy of “The Great Hangover” (comedy), which happened in Qatar. In search of alcoholic beer in Doha, Liverpool fans came across the sheikh’s son, who took them to the palace.
In an interview with Talk Sport, two England fans told how a simple search for an alcoholic beer through Doha turned into one of the experiences of a lifetime.
Alex and John ran into the sheikh’s son and he picked them up in his personal car and drove them to his palace.
Here, as the two say, they got the impression of a lifetime: they drank beer with alcohol, visited the sheikh’s palace, saw monkeys and even played with a lion.
The images of the two fans spread across social networks, and the comments coincided.
“They got good mushrooms” and “Who is buying the rights to film this incident?” were just some of the reactions the two received on social media.
To prove that everything is true and not fiction, one of the Englishmen published a video in which he plays with a lion, which allegedly belongs to the sheikh’s son.
England will make their World Cup debut in Qatar 2022 against Iran on Monday 21 November (the game will be broadcast on TVR 1 and LiveBlog on HotNews.ro from 15:00).
