The former Brighton manager has signed a five-year contract. The 47-year-old has been in charge of Brighton since May 2019.
This season, the English team is fourth in the standings with four wins in six matches.

“I want to thank Brighton, Tony Bloom, the club’s players and fans for their support over the years,” Potter concluded.
