
Dinamo Zagreb pulled off the first major surprise of the Champions League groups with a 1-0 win over Chelsea in the first leg of Group E on Tuesday.
The goal was scored by Mislav Oršych in the 13th minute.
The match at the “Maksimir” stadium was refereed by the team from Romania, in the center – Istvan Kovacs.
In the 76th minute, Kovacs showed a yellow card to coach Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea).
Also on Tuesday, Borussia Dortmund beat Copenhagen 3-0 in Group G.
Goals were scored by Marco Reus (’35), Rafael Guerreiro (’42) and Jude Bellingham (’83).
