Antigoni Drisbioti claims the title of the best athlete in Europe for August. The athlete from Karditsa, who trains with Napoleon Kefalopoulos, made an impression at the recent European Championships.

The 38-year-old athlete won gold medals in both the 35 km walk and the 20 km walk. The success of the Greek athlete impressed the world of athletics.

Dryspiotis’ big rival in the respective voting is Femke Boll from the Netherlands. The 22-year-old athlete won a gold medal at the European Championships in Munich in the 400m, 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay.
