The men’s volleyball team beat Croatia 3:1, came in 5th out of 5 in their group and went directly to the finals of the European Championship. The White-Blues will be among the best teams in Europe for the third consecutive tournament after 2019 and 2021.

Dante Bonifande’s team, having lost the first set, did not lose concentration and, led by the amazing Djumakas Protopsaltis, turned the match around. Greece knocked out Croatia from the final stage, which this summer celebrated the gold medal of the Silver League of Europe and the Mediterranean Games!

The last match of the national team will take place on Sunday evening (20.08, 20:30) at the indoor stadium of Glyfada, where the Greek national team will also officially celebrate the first place in the group.
