Romania’s women’s team failed to qualify for Saturday’s final after finishing ninth in the European Gymnastics Championships in Munich on Thursday. Despite this result, Romania received a “ticket” to this year’s World Cup.

In the individual competition, Ana Berbosu took 7th place and is the only one from the Romanian delegation who will perform in the finals on apparatus – on beam and floor.

Thursday’s senior women’s qualification had a triple stake, with medals in the individual events, teams qualifying for the finals on Saturday and athletes qualifying for the event finals on Sunday, the final day of competition.

In addition, another, perhaps the most important bet, was the qualification for the World Cup in Liverpool (October 29 – November 6), where the first 13 teams that took the rating on Thursday will come, including Romania.
