As a result, the wage gap between Greek and European incomes widened further. Under SYRIZA, that is, the Greeks became poorer than the rest of the Europeans.

On the contrary, in the period 2019-2023. unemployment fell by another 5 points, the minimum wage doubled from the previous four years, by +20%, from 650 to 780 euros, while, according to Erghani, workers who are paid less than 700 euros decreased by > 250,000 or 35%, and according to ELSTAT, in recent years, the population below the poverty line has also decreased by 2 units.

What the leadership of SYRIZA deliberately hides in order to obscure and ultimately mislead citizens is that the publication is not talking about the increase in the minimum wage, which is already happening and will happen, but about the restoration of the “three years”, after as the unemployment rate falls below 10%. What they don’t admit is that the government has made conservative estimates in its official forecasts for the economy, GDP, investment, unemployment, consistently over the past 4 years, and the end results are consistently better than our estimates. This, after all, is evidenced by a fall in unemployment of more than 5 points over the four-year period 2019-2023, as well as a doubling of the growth rate of the Greek economy compared to the rest of Europe, the largest drop in public debt in the EU. This means that only our own policies can guarantee even more dynamic GDP growth and a faster-than-expected drop in unemployment below 10% in the coming years.

At the opposite end of the government is always “Pinocchio” SYRIZA, which feeds rabbits petrels, for example, an 83 billion euro program that, if ever implemented, will automatically lead our country to a new regime of excessive scarcity, exclusion from the markets, new memorandums , deep recession, excessive taxation and loss of income and jobs.
