
On the eve of the elections, the President of PASOK-KINAL is in Heraklion Nikos Androulakis who dined at a tavern in the Rogdia district with journalists, candidates and local party officials.
Hours after his campaign speech in Heraklion yesterday, Mr. Androulakis was casually talking to those present, eating snacks and drinking rakia.
The meeting was accompanied by the sounds of the Cretan lyre, as well as traditional mantinades. Among the topics discussed was tomorrow’s Euroleague final between Olympiacos and Real Madrid.
He will leave Crete for Athens after the vote and dinner with his family, he said.
