Recently, parties have been conducting polls in all prefectures of the country, as this is an important process for local strategy. The rating generally coincides with the national rating, but there are cases with other data. For example, in “Kilkis” and “Drama” PASOK is at arm’s length from SYRIZA, and in “Lacy” it is in front and is the other side. The overall picture, however, is that PASOK has increased its percentage share in the region, in contrast to Attica, where the gap with SYRIZA is very large.
Choice

new college
K. Sinolakis is stepping down as President of the College of Athens at the end of August. His place will be taken by professor of urban planning, former president of the college, Sp. Pollalis. It will be interesting to see if the project for the new Athens College in Elliniko will be realized as it is being discussed. Pollalis was the president of Elliniko S.A., from where he was fired in April 2013. The main reason was his public disagreement with the privatization of Elliniko in the way chosen at that time.
