An emergency meeting in Maximos with the Prime Minister will take place tomorrow, Monday, at 9.30 am. Social security structures and “Ark of Peacewill be the topic of the closed meeting.

The aim is to examine the structure and the steps that need to be taken to ensure the protection of children while the judicial investigation into the allegations against the structure continues.

The meeting is taking place on the testimony of former Kivotos eateries, and the juvenile prosecutor’s office is investigating allegations of physical and sexual abuse at the establishment.

Three cases of indiscipline and four complaints of beatings fell under the “microscope”.

Jerome: We have nothing to do with NGOs

In a statement regarding the case of Father Antonio Papanikolaou and the Ark of Peace, the head of the Greek Church, Archbishop of Athens and All Greece Jerome.
