“We are signing an agreement on maritime jurisdiction with Libya, we have signed the latest agreement on hydrocarbons, and some people have gone berserk. Why do you care? I sign an agreement with any country with which I want,” the Turkish Foreign Minister stressed.

He also added that “when Malta signs an agreement with the Libyan government, there is no problem for some, but when they sign an agreement with us, they say that the Libyan government has no jurisdiction.
