
The PSD remains in first place in voter intentions and in opposition polls, and even has higher percentages than in sociological studies commissioned by it.
According to an Ipsos poll commissioned by the USR, the Social Democrats won 37.8% of the vote among all respondents.
If we are talking about those who said that they are sure that they will vote, PSD’s electoral score increases to 40%.
In the case of PNL, the situation is different. The electoral share of liberals is 25.4% of the total sample and 24.4% of those who say they will definitely vote.
UDR is the third most popular electoral party. The party led by Katalin Drula has 12.7% of the vote among all respondents. Among those who are sure that they will vote, 14.2% point to the UDR.
In fourth place, 10.1% of the total sample and 11.3% of those who will vote with confidence indicated AUR.

85% of respondents to an Ipsos poll commissioned by the USR say Romania is moving in the wrong direction.
As for the most important topics that respondents say leave a lot to be desired, they are:
- Improvement of the health care system
- Salary increase
- Reduction of corruption
- Elimination of poverty
- Development of agriculture
- Forest protection
- Improvement of the education system
- Decent pensions
- Construction of highways, roads and highways
- Garbage and waste removal
- Air Pollution
- Digitization of public administration
The Ipsos survey was commissioned by USR from 17 to 30 June 2022 through personal interviews with 1,072 respondents. The poll has a margin of error of +/-3.0%.
