Famous manelist Tsanka Uraganu says that he was questioned by the police in the case of fake money. “Why do I have to sit for hours on the roads, sit in the police station? I was called to the police today, people were waiting for me for about a month. They asked me to come. After all, if I didn’t go, I’d wake up with masks on, the kids might get scared, it might be different. They are bitter, woe to them who give fake money. We were also bitter, but we politely sat in our bank, we did not want to show our empty stomachs. We were calm, we didn’t inflate the figures and the like, that’s the idea,” the mannequin says.

Tsanka Uraganu: “From four or five hands it turned out that the money was from me”

Tsanka Urganu tells people that it is better to dedicate without offering a certain amount of money than to offer fake banknotes.

  • “If you feel sorry for your star and want to dedicate it, then let me dedicate it to your ear, because no one will refuse you, brothers. Look, I was on the roads, I was giving a statement, because of some fake money.
  • From four or five hands it turned out that the money was from me. They were from me, really, as a gift, I gave them to so-and-so, and the police informed me that I had to come and give a statement.
  • Not even in my city, about two hours away,” Tsanka explains the situation to Uraganu.

He says that “in Romania we can still fix it”, but if he wonders what would happen if he were caught with fake money in another country.

  • “Stop, me, with this fake money, because we are giving you dedications, we say what you want. If we are somewhere abroad with that fake money, and he stops us there and won’t let us go, what should we do?
  • Come on, we can still fix it in Romania, but how does that foreigner know us? Finish it, don’t be so tight-lipped, puffing up your figures that you’re puffing yourself up on an empty stomach with fake money.
  • At least let him, God, forgive me for the money, give me a gift, because no one refuses you when you want to give a gift,” Tsanka tells Uragan.

The artist ends his video with a warning that the next time he finds himself in a similar situation, he will not tolerate “absolutely anyone”.

  • “Next time you will be responsible, I guarantee it 100%. And fake money is not fun in Romania. You know very well that this is severely punished. So be careful. I, for example, will not tolerate anyone next time.
  • Who are you, sorry for your star and broken in two and want to prove yourself with fake money to be on top of what you yourself will pull. I guarantee I’m sitting on the roads because of you, let the police take me because you want to tear yourself apart on an empty stomach,” Tsanka told Uragan.
