“He was happy. He was healthy. He quit smoking,” Aniston told Variety when asked how Perry would like to be remembered.

“He was happy, that’s all I know. We were actually texting that morning, (it was) funny Matty. He did not suffer. He didn’t fight. He was happy,” emphasized the actress who played the role of Rachel friendsone of the most popular comedy series of all time.

“I want people to know that he was really healthy and recovering,” she emphasized.

“I miss him very much. Everyone has it. He made us laugh a lot,” said Jennifer Aniston, also admitting that the messages of gratitude that came from around the world after news of the actor’s death were “so beautiful.”

“I hope he can know he’s loved in a way he never thought he was,” added the 54-year-old actress.

Perry, 54, was found dead on October 28 at his home in Los Angeles. The actor struggled with drug and alcohol addiction for several years, but a preliminary investigation by forensic doctors ruled out the presence of narcotic substances in his body.

Aniston and other actors from friends – Matt LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrowattended Perry’s funeral, which took place on November 3 in Los Angeles in a private setting. Perry was buried at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park cemetery in the Hollywood Hills, where such legendary stars as Elizabeth Taylor and Michael Jackson are also buried.
