According to Ventura County prosecutors, Alexander pleaded not guilty to two charges brought against him by a California court.

Alexander, Spears’ childhood friend, whom she was married to for less than three days in 2004, made an uninvited appearance before the ceremony during an Instagram Live broadcast.

A Ventura County judge sentenced him to 64 days in jail, which he has already served. The prosecutor’s office dropped criminal prosecution and charges of vandalism.
