Taxpayers are warning of a new campaign of false messages sent out on behalf of ANAF asking taxpayers to provide information on e-Invoice invoices for companies they manage or work for.

- do not open these emails
- do not comply with such requirements
- do not open attachments or links in content
- do not share personal data
“We note that the services offered by RO e-Invoice are available through SPV (Virtual Private Space), respectively through API (Automated Submission/Request Interface). In the context of the obligations of the Ro e-Invoice B2B (Business to Business) computer system from January 1, 2024, attackers are speculating on the willingness of companies to comply in order to defraud or obtain confidential information, so you we recommend extra attention!” says ANAF .
As noted in the institution, the Virtual Private Space service, available free of charge to taxpayers, was created and developed for secure communication with the institution.
