Essentially, the Tesla Supercharger network has become open to non-Tesla electric car users. The price per 1 kWh is 3.05 lei without a subscription or 2.25 lei for those who pay a membership subscription costing 65 lei per month.
The opening of the Tesla Supercharger network for other car brands in some markets was carried out as early as 2022. On December 8, 2023, the time has come for this to happen in Romania as well.
But Tesla’s network of chargers is currently pretty unappealing to non-Teslas.
And even Tesla owners can’t rely entirely on the brand’s chargers. National coverage is still not very good.
